I'm morbidly obese and have 193 pounds to lose to reach a healthy BMI.
This will be my brutally honest journal of this undertaking. I've tried every diet under the sun and I've finally realized it's all going to come down to counting calories and exercise. These changes aren't optional, they're something I have to do. I'm starting to notice some ill effects on my health and body, I have to lose the weight. I have a beautiful daughter that needs her mom.
To help keep me on track I took some pictures that are horrifying, but they show where I am now and how far I have to go. They'll be amazing "before" pictures some day!
y stating weight on this journey is 341 pounds, down 39 pounds from my record high of 370. I'll be taking my starting measurements tomorrow.
I can't believe this is what follows me around all day. No wonder I feel exhausted at the end of the day, that's a lot of junk to haul around.
Uggh! This is the heaviest I will ever be again!
